Refund and Cancellation PolicyAyurmed Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is committed to ensuring transparency in all its financial transactions, including donations, program fees, and contributions toward our mission of medical and social welfare.
1. DonationsSince Ayurmed Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, all donations made to the Foundation are voluntary contributions toward our social and medical welfare missions.
Generally, donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is directed toward our ongoing social and medical projects.
However, in the event of a technical error (e.g., a double transaction or an incorrect amount charged due to a system glitch), the donor must notify us within 7 working days. The Foundation will review the request and, upon verification, process the refund within 15–30 working days.
2. Program and Course FeesIf the Foundation collects fees for specific training programs, workshops, or academic events, the cancellation policy will be as specified in the registration brochure or application form for that particular event.
If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must submit a written request at least [Insert Number, e.g., 7] days prior to the event date. A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refund Request ProcessAll refund requests must be sent via email to [Insert Official Email Address] with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name/Transaction ID]".

The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject a refund request based on the validity of the reasons provided and internal financial audit protocols.
4. Mode of RefundAll approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the original transaction (e.g., Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
The Foundation is not liable for any delays caused by the banking system, payment gateways, or intermediary financial institutions.
5. Policy AmendmentsAyurmed Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our official website.
